Carlos is a highly versatile dance artist with an expansive career across major entertainment platforms. A top 20 finalist on So You Think You Can Dance, he worked with acclaimed choreographers including Mia Michaels, Sonya Tayeh, NappyTabs, Stacey Tookey, Travis Wall, Chris Scott, and Tyce Diorio. Notably, he performed in the Emmy-nominated piece "Sand" by Chris Scott (Wicked movie choreographer). In New York City, Carlos starred in the Off-Broadway show iLuminate: Artists of Light (as seen on America’s Got Talent) and performed on Broadway with the cast of Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark during Broadway Cares’ Gypsy of the Year. Dancing in Disney's Jungle Book: Alive With Magic and Rivers of Light, and performing as a Durmstrang stunt character in Universal Orlando’s Triwizard Spirit Rally, more of his background spans dance, production, and entertainment in live shows, theater, film, commercials, concert dance, and education.
Carlos is a versatile choreographer and creative director with extensive experience across diverse projects. He has collaborated with major brands and organizations such as PUMA, NBA’s Orlando Magic, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Adamec Harley Davidson, Courtyard Marriott, Orlando Family Stages, FC Presents, and others. His work includes choreography and body movement for live entertainment, festivals, media commercials, musicals, dinner shows, and commercial print.
Carlos has shared his expertise at prestigious institutions like Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center in New York City, as well as at numerous studios, schools, and dance events nationwide. Through his Dancelook Apprentice Program, he has mentored and trained dancers for successful careers, with many going on to perform with top companies such as Royal Caribbean Cruises, Disney, Universal, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and as backup dancers for A-list musicians.
Carlos leads two production companies, Dancelook and For Your Entertainment Productions, where he oversees the full creative process—from concept to completion —as a producer, director, and choreographer. His work spans industrial events for top corporate companies, award-winning film productions, and branded educational programs.
With Backstage Studios, Carlos aims to launch premier training programs that provides high-level opportunities and experiences, empowering artists to develop their skills and achieve their artistic & professional goals.
