PBT is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program designed to enhance a dancer's technique by focusing on training muscle memory. Bring a Mat and 10ft. Resistance Band. Backstage will also have equipment available if you do not.

Pilates

Mat Pilates is the foundational form of the Pilates method, consisting of a series of low-impact floor exercises designed to build core strength, flexibility, and lean muscle, using your own body weight as resistance to improve posture, balance, and the mind-body connection. Bring your own Mat. Backstage will also have equipment available if you do not.
