Kendrick White, born and raised in Orlando, FL, is a dance teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. Unlike many who began dancing at a young age, Kendrick discovered his passion for movement later in life — a journey that fuels his belief that it’s never too late to dance.

Since beginning his training, Kendrick has studied under various amazing instructors during his tenure at Spotlight Dance Center and honed his craft as both a dancer and teacher with primary styles including hip hop, jazz funk, and lyrical. He has performed and choreographed in various shows across the Central Florida area. As an educator, Kendrick is known for creating a positive, judge free environment where dancers can explore, grow, and thrive. His unique background gives him a fresh, relatable perspective that connects deeply with dancers of all levels.

Currently, Kendrick serves as the company manager and guest choreographer to SGP Movement Dance Company. Through his classes, workshops, performances, and choreography, he aims to inspire others to move with confidence and self-acceptance while continuing to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
